This Privacy Policy explains how Markaz‑ul‑Uloom‑e‑Islamia Khadagzai (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). The App lets you read free PDF books for all classes, Qur’an Tafseer, Tajweed resources, teacher details, class timetables and submit an admission form. We do not require account registration or login and we do not display ads.

1. Information We Collect

• Admission‑form details (voluntary).
  When a student fills out the admission form, we collect the student’s name, father’s name, contact numbers, district/tehsil/village and class / year information. No user account is created.
• Anonymous usage data.
  We record basic, non‑identifiable analytics such as the number of times a PDF is opened or downloaded and general crash / performance logs. This data cannot be linked back to a specific person.

2. How We Use the Information

1. To process admissions and organise class timetables.
2. To expand and improve our PDF library and learning materials.
3. To monitor app stability and enhance user experience.
4. To comply with legal or institutional obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Access is limited to authorised school administration and technical staff for legitimate educational purposes.

4. Content Hosting

All PDFs and other files are hosted on our own secure servers under the markazuloomeislamia.com domain. The App does not link to Google Drive, Dropbox or any other external storage service.

5. Ads & Payments

The App is completely free. We do not serve third‑party advertisements and we do not charge for any content or features.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

7. Your Consent

By installing and using the App you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be displayed inside the App and the “Last updated” date below will change accordingly.
